Where you cannot see a price without identifying yourself
Scutara works wherever a purchase starts with a form instead of a price. We screened eighteen service markets on solicitation pain, what sellers pay to acquire a customer, and whether paying for a conversion is legal in that market at all. Three cleared the bar in sequence.

Installers pay about $7,800 to win one system, and the same inquiry is resold to three to eight companies.
Six Markets We Excluded
Dental, cosmetic surgery, mortgage, consumer legal, property and casualty insurance, and car buying all have the solicitation problem. In each of them, statute bars paying for a conversion — fee-splitting rules, RESPA, bar rules, producer licensing. We screen for where the model is legal to monetize, not only where the pain is.
